Found out the jeep I wanted on priate was sold. I had my add ready for CL to sell mine...

...just had a low slung car driver turn in front of me only to find out he turned too early and where he thought was a parking lot entrance was only a abrupt curb and sidewalk. He decided in that fractional moment it best to turn back, facing his headlights towards my oncoming still totally in my lane. Luckily I was able to shift into the left lane besides me.
I can't imagine what my headlit bumper looks like from two feet off the ground, but I think he's probably now more worried about getting the poop smell out of his car.

... finished working in the garage, Made a work bench cleaned up some stuff.
Also did a paint test on the XJ too

I just found out you two (team yellowsub) are going to be "trailer folk" next week. }:)

I'm relatively sure my Arkansas background will help me with getting a feel for the flavor of your adventures.

LOL, yep we will be for a full week! It'll be interesting. By doing this we get a full month free of rent!!

I just found part of my Jeep problem...

I spent an hour or so last night looking at wires and checking connections. I couldn't find anything. So today I get in and head down to get a coffee and when I get to the stop light I have smoke coming out from under the hood.
I turn back around and head home. Kinda hoped that it would burst into flames while I was driving it. No such luck.
I get back to the house and the smoke is still there... I open the hood and find that my fuel injection is melting...

(Loud cussing here)

Its not on fire its just melting...

...found a pool of oil underneath my jeep. Looks like im the victim of another 5.0 driveway. My rear shock decided the oil looked better on the ground rather then inside the resevoir

...welded on a crossbar on the front bumper AND installed the rear glass too :)g)

...just TM'd Sc00by to make sure he still had his XJ. Apparently there is another camo Chero in town :O
